| I fell in love with Amatsu 4 years ago and Amatsu fell in love with me. I am an Anma practitioner working from The Healing House, a complimentary health centre in Dublin 7. Anma works using a series of techniques based on pressure and release on the muscles of the body. This method dissolves tension and tightness which are often creating pain or discomfort. Incorporated into my practice are elements from Seitei, which works on the ligaments and helps to rebalance the body and mind. I also practice Reiki healing.
