I have been involved in Amatsu since 2001. As a successful Health and Fitness specialist and Personal Trainer I have had the opportunity to administer Amatsu to a very broad spectrum of people. Ranging from elitist athletes, pre and post operation individuals, ageing adults, stressed workers and the list extends.
